Job summary

Integrated Restoration seeks an experienced siding lead to run daily exterior work and guide a two- to three-person crew on residential and commercial projects in Northeast Ohio. You will review scopes, supervise safety, ensure quality, and coordinate with Project Managers to keep jobs productive and on track for timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading siding crews and exterior restoration.
• Ability to read scopes, measurements, and plans.
• Familiarity with ladders, fall protection, and exterior carpentry.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two- to three-person crew on siding and exterior restoration projects.
• Review scopes, measurements, plans, material lists, and manufacturer instructions before work begins.
• Lay out and install siding systems: tear-off, housewrap, insulation, starter, corners, channels, flashing, trim, and finish details.
• Bend and install aluminum trim and complete soffit, fascia, flashing, and related exterior carpentry work.
• Plan safe use of ladders, pump jacks, stages, scaffolds, and fall-protection equipment; complete competent-person inspections as trained.
• Assign daily work, train crew members, correct unsafe or poor-quality work, and keep production moving.
