Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in experiential production, event production, or live brand activations, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong skills in project management, logistics coordination, budgeting, and vendor management for experiential campaigns and events with a focus on hospitality and luxury.
• Ability to translate concepts into feasible production plans and detailed run-of-show documents.
• Comfort working on-site, overseeing builds and breakdowns, and managing AV, staging, fabrication elements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management to lead cross-functional teams.
