Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a seasoned product designer or UX/UI designer in Dallas, TX, to transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible designs across the entire experience lifecycle. You will lead discovery with stakeholders, set design direction, and communicate through journeys, prototypes, and wireframes.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience, expert Figma skills, and collaboration with product managers and developers in agile teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer.
Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers in agile teams.
Experience working within and applying enterprise design systems.
Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.
Solid understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, and accessibility fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Transforms complex tasks into intuitive, accessible designs across the experience lifecycle.
Leads discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries and research.
Sets the design direction and strategy and communicates initiatives via user journeys and prototypes.
Delivers production-ready design assets and aligns usability with evolving customer expectations.
Sets UX direction for new and existing products and informs improvements with findings.
