The role requires 2+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in supervisory housekeeping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Develop staff schedules for coverage and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms and areas.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for housekeeping supplies and labor.
