Qualifications

• 2+ years of excavation and heavy equipment operation.
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of site safety management and blueprint reading.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy excavation equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate small teams (1-5 workers) on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety management.
• Coordinate project activities and manage work schedules.
