The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor (ESIII/UV Tech) to lead the environmental staff on day shifts, ensuring adherence to department and facility policies and procedures. The role focuses on safety, sanitation, and quality of cleaning services across patient areas.

Responsibilities include supervising weekend staffing, assigning tasks, monitoring NaviCare for discharge cleaning, and coordinating with hospital teams.

Qualificações

• Three years experience in healthcare EVS, preferably as shift lead or dispatcher.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with floor care equipment and carpet maintenance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes patient safety.
• Knowledgeable of ES chemicals and procedures.
• Performs routine and project floor maintenance and refinishing.
• Hauls trash and operates autoclave.
• Fills in for open cleaning positions as needed.
• Supervises department on weekends.
• Monitors NaviCare for discharge cleaning.
• Carries dispatch pager 53031.
• Interacts with hospital staff and answers pages/requests.
• Reports weekend duties to supervisors and director.
