Mercy is seeking a Lead Environmental Services Technician to advance cleaning operations, floor care, and daily sanitation across Mercy facilities. You will supervise and assist the Environmental Services Coordinator as needed, ensuring high standards of safety and service.

This role requires leadership experience, ability to follow instructions, and strong customer service skills. The position is full-time, evening/night shift, based in the Rogers area with opportunities to grow within Mercy's

Qualifications

• Experience following written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with performing manual tasks.
• Customer service experience.
• One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental service functions including servicing diverse types of floors and daily cleaning activities.
• Assist Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory functions when needed.
