Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, AR is seeking an EVS Lead to manage environmental services during evening and night shifts. You will oversee diverse floors, perform daily cleaning, and support the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory duties.

The role requires prior experience in leading teams, strong customer service, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering environmentally responsible cleaning and supervision.
• Ability to supervise a team of at least five members is preferred.
• Capable of performing manual cleaning tasks safely.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members. Prior environmental services experience.

Certification: Ability to acquire a chauffeur's license within 90 days.

License: Valid current driver's license; obtain a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
