Blattner is seeking an experienced Corporate Events Leader in Avon, Minnesota to drive strategy, planning, and execution of major company conferences, town halls and leadership summits. You will partner with Marketing & Communications and other internal teams to design compelling agendas and content that align with company priorities.

You will manage end-to-end event logistics, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with external vendors, and mentor colleagues to deliver exceptional employee

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications or public relations required. Corporate events experience required. Agency or consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong professional writing skills.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams to strategize, develop and lead execution plans and campaigns.

$100,561.00 - $145,814.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
