Job summary

Imagination Station is seeking an events coordinator to lead planning and execution of diverse events at our science center in Toledo. You will partner with Marketing, Operations, Development, and Sales to drive revenue and community engagement.

The role emphasizes client communication, event logistics, vendor management, and budget adherence. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong communication and organizational skills is required, with occasional evenings and weekends
