Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, serve customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales with a professional presence.
You will manage event equipment and assist teams across stores, maintaining safety standards and a clean work area. Responsibilities include coordinating with store personnel, supporting the supervisor, and documenting events with photos.
The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining product knowledge, serving, demonstrating, intercepting consumers and selling products in a professional manner. They manage event execution equipment in stores and maintain an overall professional appearance.
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company may change the role based on business or client needs.

Workers’ Compensation Claims: Report all employment‑related injuries to your direct supervisor as soon as possible following an incident resulting in an injury.
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and mobile device using internal systems and applications.
Food Safety Professional Certification, local food handlers permit if required.
The employee will be regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms (including reaching overhead); talk and hear; read instructions; stoop; kneel; crouch; climb (including use of a 6’ ladder); balance; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds); push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with appliances, supplies, and product; prepare foods using raw products (e.g., meats, poultry); use cooking utensils such as knives, convection oven, coffee maker, electric fryer, microwave; be in contact with cleaning supplies.
Act as point of contact when Supervisor is absent.
Retail store environment with limited travel.
Maintain professional appearance and proper grooming in accordance with retailer dress code.
English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
