FivePine Lodge & Conference Center in Sisters, Oregon, seeks an organized and creative leader to oversee our Event Services department. You will plan and execute weddings, corporate retreats, and community events while ensuring exceptional service and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional event experience, including planning and hands-on execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment or willingness to learn.
• Experience with catering, banquet service, bartending, and staff supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house details of FivePine weddings, including room setup, menus, timelines, and logistics.
• Oversee all aspects of event execution, from planning through breakdown.
• Schedule, supervise, and support Event Services staff.
• Lead event teams to ensure professional, attentive service.
• Ensure facilities are clean, organized, and ready for each event.
• Oversee handling and security of cash and other payments.
• Maintain Event Center facilities, equipment, and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol-service, permitting, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with FivePine departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
