Job summary

FivePine Lodge in Sisters, OR is seeking an experienced Event Bartender/Server to support our Special Events team for weddings, corporate parties, family celebrations and more. This role is part-time and event-driven, with hours varying by bookings and weekend availability required.

You’ll bring bartending skills, OLCC and Food Handler permits (or ability to obtain), and a customer-focused approach to ensure guests receive top service.

Qualifications

• Minimum bartending experience and OLCC and Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post event set up including moving tables, chairs, etc.
• Open lines of communication with Event Supervisor and event staff.
• Willing to assist in all aspects of the event as needed.

We are in search of a knowledgeable bartender. All events are catered, such as weddings, corporate parties, family celebrations, yoga retreats, and more!

Please note - This is a flexible, event-driven position with hours that vary based on scheduled bookings. Some weeks may offer 30+ hours, while others may have little to no availability. Weekend availability is essential, particularly Friday through Sunday. This role is ideal for those seeking a second job or anyone who values a highly adaptable schedule. What you bring:

• Bartending experience


• Applicants must be 21 years or older


• A valid OLCC and Food Handlers permit -or the ability to obtain one


• Experience in the food service industry preferred


• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands of this position

• Standing and/or walking for up to 12 hours


• Extensive walking, bending, twisting, reaching and/or kneeling
