Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an ETL Test Lead to drive data validation, ETL testing, and reporting solutions across large data warehouses. The role requires strong Azure Databricks experience and leadership of offshore teams with 5–8 years onsite interaction with clients.

The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts for multiple workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality data delivery in enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of data testing/ETL experience required.
• 5–8 years onsite experience with multi-vendor projects.
• Hands-on expertise with large data testing and data transformation programs.
• Must have Azure cloud experience with Databricks, ADF and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL testing initiatives and validate data integration and quality.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders across multiple streams.
• Oversee offshore teams and ensure timely delivery of data deliverables.
• Hands-on 50% of time and leadership 50% of time on project tasks.
