Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead to steer large data warehouse and ETL testing initiatives. You will validate data integration, migration, and reporting solutions while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery across enterprise applications.

The role requires 12–15 years in data testing, 5–8 years onsite, and strong Azure Databricks/ADF expertise.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years’ experience in Data Testing, ETL, Reporting, Data Automation
• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ onsite experience, multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder engagement at client side
• Experience in large data testing/transformation programs (≥2 projects)
• Microsoft Azure cloud platform with hands-on Databricks, ADF, BI Reporting (4–6 years)
• Ability to lead 6 to 10 offshore team members across multiple workstreams
• Onsite lead capable of overseeing all workstreams
• 50% lead activities and 50% hands-on project delivery
• Insurance domain experience (Home, Auto, Commercial)
• Collaborate with all project stakeholders with minimal supervision
• Nice-to-have: Financial Data Hub/GL experience; cloud data testing tools
