Quanta Services in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Lead Estimator to direct the estimating function for electrical, utility and infrastructure projects. You will lead a team of estimators, set bid strategy, and own the final cost, risk and pricing recommendations before executive review.

This role requires 10+ years in construction estimating, with 3+ years leading teams and at least 5 years in relevant sectors. Proficiency with Bluebeam/Adobe and Excel, plus ability to read complex drawings;

Formación

• 10+ years of construction estimating experience, incl. 3+ years leading estimators.
• Experience in electrical, utility or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in estimating software and Excel.
• Ability to read electrical, civil and structural drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of estimators.
• Review takeoffs, pricing and bid packages for accuracy.
• Set estimating standards and quality controls.
• Develop bid strategy and pricing.
