Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 15 years of Heavy Civil/Highway and Bridge construction.
• 10 years of estimating/project management with lead estimator on +$50M.
• Preferred experience with design-build and joint venture estimates.

Responsibilities

• Complete estimate preparation for small and large heavy civil projects.
• Lead an estimating team and manage large JV estimates.
• Oversee quantity takeoffs and bid documents.
• Identify risks, means/methods, and VE/alternate approaches.
• Develop and maintain bid and pre-bid schedules.
