Bemana, LLC is seeking an Estimating Manager for a well-respected electrical and mechanical contractor in the United States. This role focuses on estimating for distribution, transmission, and substation construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry along with a technical education in engineering or a related field. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
• Comfortable leading and guiding teams on projects.
• Ability to handle 120 - 200 estimates per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid schedules in consultation with the Department Head.
• Prepare project estimates through detailed plan take-offs.
• Maintain the estimating system and software.
