You will develop complete cost proposals for small and large projects, review contract documents, and drive advanced estimating practices using Excel and industry software.

Qualifications

• 5–14 years of leadership in project controls/estimating.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and knowledge of field operations.
• Proficient in Excel and industry estimating tools; risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of estimators to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.
• Prioritize tasks, coach staff, and conduct performance assessments.
• Develop automated estimating tools and support price proposal development.
• Prepare hard bid estimates and coordinate with procurement for quotes.
