Job summary

You will define scopes, source subcontractors, and manage multiple projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering, Construction Management, or related field; degree optional.
• Proven experience in commercial construction and millwork estimating.
• Familiarity with estimating software and tools listed below.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and prepare accurate estimates for commercial construction and millwork projects.
• Develop proposals, bids, and contracts; present cost estimates to clients.
• Define scopes of work, source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and accurate estimates.
