Job summary

Namely is seeking a Lead Esthetician in Beverly Hills, California. In this role, you will coach and train new estheticians while owning quality and consistency in service delivery. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing training programs, and launching product enhancements. The ideal candidate has a Valid Esthetics License, at least two years of experience, and a passion for coaching. Compensation is competitive at $35.00 per hour, along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics License with at least two years of experience.
• Experience coaching and providing feedback to individuals and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hosting recruiting events and career fairs.
• Manage candidate pipeline and schedule interviews.
• Conduct new-hire esthetician training.
• On-going training and coaching with staff.
• Spearhead product and enhancement launches.
