Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team of wellness professionals. You will consult with clients to achieve skin health goals and introduce them to Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and other modalities that enhance esthetic services.

You will grow your client base, maintain records, and support store operations while delivering a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with current license.
• Experience or certification with Cryoskin preferred.
• Experience or certification with Hydrafacial preferred.
• Dermaplane and microneedling certification preferred.
• Strong communication and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and administer Cryoskin along with other esthetic services.
• Build and maintain your own client base.
• Maintain accurate records of each session.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Ensure esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Sell Restore’s esthetic services to existing and new clients.
• Cross-sell other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services.
• Maintain inventory and order esthetic supplies when needed.
• Educate clients on Restore modalities and products.

• Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed esthetician.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Cryoskin equipment - this is preferred, but not required.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required
• You're certified in dermaplane and microneedling - this is preferred, but not required
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
