Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a maintenance station, managing schedules, priorities, and safety for up to 10 staff.
• Inspect assets, determine maintenance needs, oversee complex tasks, document in AGILE.
• Serve as primary contact for public and review design plans for highway, dock, and float projects.
• Coordinate equipment repair with State Equipment Fleet and recommend replacements as needed.
• Perform hands-on highway maintenance including snow/ice, drainage, brushing, and guardrail work.
