Job summary

You will mentor staff, ensure DOT and safety compliance, coordinate shipments, and travel between sites. A valid driver’s license and 2 years of field experience are required; the role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in minor repairs and adjustments to operating equipment.
• Experience in computer operation and electronic controls.
• Safe driving record: no serious tickets or accidents recently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the operations team.
• Act as brand ambassador in client interactions.
• Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance.
• Comply with DOT, state, local and in-house regulations.
• Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to destinations.
• Travel between sites, including overnight stays.
• Shop clean up, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup.
• Maintain operation records and enforce safety procedures.
