Job summary

Taylor Enterprises of WI, Inc. in Ixonia, WI is seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to lead equipment installations, train customers on cutting-edge foodservice equipment, and mentor the next generation of technicians.

You'll install equipment at customer locations, provide on-site training, attend manufacturer programs, and help drive operational excellence across the service department, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial foodservice equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, self-motivated, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment installations and customer training.
• Install commercial foodservice equipment at customer sites.
• Provide hands-on training to customers and staff.
• Attend manufacturer trainings and share knowledge with the team.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and technicians.
• Mentor and train new service technicians.
