Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Lead, PCVD Equipment to guide a team of equipment engineers toward manufacturing excellence, yield improvement, and cost efficiency. You will set team strategy, align priorities with global partners, and drive major equipment optimization projects.

You will partner with manufacturing, facilities, and technology development to implement best-known methods, install and relocate equipment, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with previous people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing multiple complex projects, and solving challenging technical problems.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment engineering practices, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, data analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of equipment engineers to achieve manufacturing, quality, output, and cost objectives
• Define team strategy, establish performance goals, and allocate resources to support business priorities
• Drive equipment optimization initiatives to enhance yield, throughput, and operational efficiency
• Partner with global manufacturing and engineering teams to implement best-known methods and support equipment installation, modification, and relocation projects
• Communicate technical and business updates to leadership, team members, and large multi-functional audiences
