Job summary
DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings in Rhode Island seeks a Lead Commercial Epoxy & Polyaspartic Installer to run 2-3 person crews on commercial and light industrial projects across Rhode Island. You will oversee site setup, safety, and workflow, and apply epoxy/polyaspartic coatings to spec.
Requirements include 2+ years of hands-on installation with leadership experience, proficiency with grinders and surface prep tools, and a valid driver's license to operate company trucks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on commercial epoxy/polyaspartic installation with leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage a field crew and maintain safety on job sites.
- Experience operating surface prep equipment and performing concrete repairs.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily job site setup, workflow, and safety for a 2-3 person crew.
- Operate planetary grinders and surface prep tools for prep and repairs.
- Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and flake/quartz systems to spec.
- Serve as the primary liaison with General Contractors and Property Managers on-site.
- Track material usage and log progress using the company app.
