PremierGarage of Southern Maine is seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join our growing team. This full-time role demands leadership on projects and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship on premium garage floor systems.
Candidates should have at least two years of epoxy/polyaspartic flooring experience, strong surface prep skills, and the ability to train others. We offer year-round, full-time work and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience.
- Ability to lead installations and mentor others.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience towing/backing up a trailer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coatings.
- Grind, repair, and prepare concrete surfaces for coating.
- Mix and apply coating systems per manufacturer specs.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Help train and mentor newer installers as the team grows.
