Garagewerx of Texas seeks a hands-on Lead Installer to head the crew and deliver flawless floor coatings in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will install alongside your crew, own the final floor quality, and drive production pace while guiding the team on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years verifiable concrete coating experience.
• Proficient in epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems.
• Strong surface prep knowledge (grinding, crack repair, joint fill).
• Fluent English and reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and keep crew focused.
• Install alongside crew and own final floor quality.
• Control production pace and provide direction to crew.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and ensure safety.
