Job summary

Pepper Construction is seeking a Lead Project Manager for Pepper Energy to oversee the engineering, procurement, and construction of organics recycling facilities, including composting, anaerobic digestion, and material recovery systems. You will coordinate across engineering, regulatory, and operations to ensure facilities turn into compost, biogas, or recovered materials.

The role requires deep EPC delivery experience, strong knowledge of solid waste permitting, and ability to manage budgets

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial project management experience including EPC delivery.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, regulatory, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle delivery of organic waste facilities from design through startup and turnover.
• Coordinate environmental permitting with state and local agencies.
• Direct process, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to finalize drawings and specs.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and critical path schedules.
