Job summary

Pepper Energy seeks a Lead Project Manager to oversee EPC delivery of organics recycling facilities, including composting, anaerobic digestion, and material recovery systems. You will coordinate across engineering, regulatory, and operations teams to deliver projects from permitting through startup and turnover.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial project management with EPC delivery for process plants, and solid waste permitting knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial project management with EPC delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and solid waste permitting.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental/civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle delivery of organics facilities from design to startup.
• Coordinate environmental permitting with state and local agencies.
• Direct process, civil, mechanical and electrical teams for construction-ready specs.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and critical path schedules.
• Manage procurement, vendor bids, and subcontracts for plant machinery.
