You can make a difference in patients’ lives as an Environmental Service Technician Lead with Corewell Health. In this role, you will assist the Supervisor in coordinating and facilitating daily operations, addressing employee and customer concerns, and ensuring that all daily tasks are completed. You will also be responsible for conducting quality audit inspections, assigning and adjusting work schedules, coordinating employee work assignments, and providing ongoing support and instruction to Environmental Services team members. Communication and collaboration with other team members are essential to ensure continuity of service and help foster a positive work environment.
