Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisors and Manager with the day to day operations of the EVS Department.
• Ensure that Housekeepers respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Ensure Housekeepers complete their assigned daily tasks and back-up tasks as needed.
• Serve as a resource for employees and management in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Assist with department planning, reporting, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
• Train and coach current and new staff to meet department standards.
