Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the EPA ESAT program in Corvallis, Oregon. You will lead a team of chemists and technicians conducting soil, water, air, and waste analyses for regulatory compliance and site assessment, with direct client interaction daily.

You will oversee budgets, scheduling, and QA/QC, ensuring safety and regulatory adherence while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders on project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 20 years’ federal contract PM experience in environmental sector.
• Minimum 10 years of experience including EPA analytical programs and analytical methods.
• 5+ years leading an environmental analysis group or lab with 10+ direct reports.
• Proficiency with data acquisition, instrument reporting, and LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15 chemists and technicians providing laboratory support and data validation.
• Provide input and technical oversight of the work performed.
• Schedule, track, and report assignments and work products.
• Collaborate to develop budgets and ensure financial performance of the team.
• Supervise technical staff, including personnel selection and evaluation.
• Manage daily interactions with subcontractor personnel on the team.
• Client contact and technical presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all technical, quality assurance, and safety requirements.
