CDM Smith is seeking a Project Technical Leader to drive the technical vision for complex water and wastewater projects. You will coordinate design content with the PM and lead senior engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.

In this role you will develop designs for water and sewer systems, review drafts for regulatory compliance, mentor junior staff, and engage with clients to align project outcomes with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical content of design and non-design projects with a focus on proactive delivery.
• Create water and wastewater treatment facility designs to meet client requirements.
• Review drafts for regulatory compliance and sign off on designs.
