• Plan, organize, and direct organizational priorities and resources to achieve the Division's goals for development and implementation of emission reduction programs for heavy-duty engines and vehicles.
• Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to promote an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment.
• Represent the Agency to stakeholders by building effective working relationships, providing policy and procedural guidance, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Serve as the Agency's technical authority on heavy-duty engine and vehicle emissions reduction strategies, policies, and regulations.
