Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1+ year of product design/development or CS experience; advanced degree acceptable.
• Master's degree preferred for higher responsibility and scope.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure project execution.
• Translate requirements into detailed engineering specifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct OBD compliance testing and emissions testing.
• Prepare submissions to regulatory agencies and document procedures.
