Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in Environmental Compliance, preferably within Aggregates, Mining, or Heavy Construction Industries.

Responsibilities

• Administer full lifecycle of environmental permits (Air Quality, NPDES, Water Rights, US Army Corps, Wetlands, Endangered Species).
• Lead development of environmental plans (SWPPP, SPCC).
• Submit regulatory reports (DMRs, emissions inventories).
• Build relationships with regulators; represent company at hearings and permit actions.
• Provide guidance to Plant Managers and Production staff on water discharge, oil storage, and waste management.
• Lead environmental incidents with reporting, remediation, and root-cause analysis.
