Qualificações

• Must possess a J.D. degree and be an active member in good standing of the bar.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Post-J.D. litigation or judicial experience relevant to grade level.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the United States in complex civil environmental litigation.
• Handle pre-trial tasks up through trial, including dispositive motions and briefs.
• Draft merits briefs, manage discovery, and defend depositions and witness access.
• Present oral argument, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with U.S. Attorney's offices and other DOJ components.
