Job summary

True Anomaly in Denver seeks a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to shape the physical expression of our brand as we grow. You will lead environmental design from concept to installation across workplaces, events, and exhibits, crafting narratives that unite typography, imagery, objects, and materials.

You will collaborate with Brand & Creative, Facilities, and experiential teams, build scalable design systems, and push the boundaries of how technology and story live in real spaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in environmental graphics or related fields.
• Portfolio showing physical spaces and environments.
• Strong typography, composition, and identity system skills.
• Editorial and curatorial sensibility for narrative design.
• Experience from concept through fabrication and installation.
• Fluency in large-format print and installation methods.
• Comfort reading architectural plans and specs.
• Experience with fabricators, architects, and agencies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; CAD tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental graphic design from concept through installation.
• Translate visual identity into physical space and new expressions.
• Create spatial narratives by combining graphics, imagery, objects, and space.
• Develop deliverables: mood boards, elevations, layouts, mockups.
• Design experiences integrating physical and digital storytelling.
• Ensure messaging remains clear without oversimplifying technology.
• Oversee production and on-site installations with vendors.
