Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a skilled leader to head its enterprise vulnerability management program from our HQ in Dallas. You will partner with technology and business teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across on‑premises, cloud, and service providers.

This role demands strong leadership and a proactive security mindset. You will own the VM lifecycle, guide a team of security professionals, and report risk and remediation performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an enterprise vulnerability management program.
• Experience coaching and developing security professionals.
• Strong understanding of risk-based prioritization and remediation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise vulnerability management program across on‑premises, cloud, and service-provider environments.
• Coach and develop the vulnerability management team with clear priorities and goals.
• Own the vulnerability management lifecycle from discovery to remediation and exception management.
• Drive timely remediation with defined ownership, timelines and escalation paths.
• Deliver executive reporting on risk exposure, coverage, and overdue findings.
