Job summary

Topstep seeks a Physical Security Manager to lead and scale our security program across a multi-city footprint. You will own risk assessments, vendor selection, and the rollout of enterprise-grade access control and visitor management systems.

You’ll drive emergency planning, asset protection, and a security-first culture through training and testing for senior leadership. Global vendors and cross-functional collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate security management with scalable program experience.
• Experience deploying cloud-native ACS and VMS integrated with HRIS/IDP.
• Audits for SOC2 Type II, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001 with tested controls.
• Threat assessment methodologies for executive protection.
• Design tabletop exercises and emergency response simulations.
• Negotiation with third-party security providers and vendors.
• Ability to translate risks into business language for C-Suite.
• Establish KPIs and security metrics for board reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the physical security program across multi-city footprint.
• Select and deploy cloud-based ACS and VMS across offices.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement hardening measures.
• Develop and implement Emergency Action Plans and training.
• Protect assets and enforce data destruction protocols.
• Build security awareness and anti-tailgating initiatives.
