Job summary

Wellmark, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader, Business Continuity to drive strategy, planning, testing and execution of enterprise continuity programs ensuring service to members, providers and partners.

You will map critical processes, identify dependencies, assess risks and collaborate across the organization to build resilience and adapt to evolving technology and service delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or direct and applicable work experience.
• 4+ years of experience administrating business continuity programs, with workforce/workplace resilience focus.
• Experience with risk management to identify and mitigate risk.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate findings into recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; builds relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to coach others and lead teams through change.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% and respond to on-call situations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, testing and execution of enterprise continuity programs.
• Map critical processes, dependencies and assess risks across the organization.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance and IT to mature resilience capabilities.
• Develop and run business continuity exercises, BIAs and maintenance.
• Coach and mentor plan owners and coordinate enterprise readiness efforts.
