Job summary

Five Stones Research Corporation seeks an experienced Architecture Lead to guide a small team in developing and maintaining Enterprise, Solution, and Reference Architecture products for Coast Guard systems. You will work with Government personnel and engineers to produce As-Is/To-Be architectures and supporting documentation.

The role requires DoD security familiarity, proficiency with TEARS/Cameo, and strong communication skills for briefs and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Enterprise, Solution, or Reference Architecture development, analysis, management, or maintenance activities.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading technical teams or coordinating architecture or engineering efforts.
• Proficiency with architecture modeling tools (System Architect, Cameo, TEARS).
• Working knowledge of DoDAF, DM2, architecture repositories, and configuration management principles.
• Experience collaborating with Government customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small team performing Solution and Reference Architecture development and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Government personnel and stakeholders to develop architecture products.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be architectures per CGEA Practice Manual.
• Create architecture reports, documentation, and briefings.
• Travel within CONUS as required to support meetings and execution.
