Job summary

Solera is seeking a Lead Engineer for Enterprise Applications in Westlake to drive production app services, IAM and multi‑tier systems. You will operate across Windows and Linux, manage middleware, containers, and cloud components, while ensuring performance and security. Strong scripting and automation will be valued.

You will collaborate with IT and development teams to implement projects, document best practices, and monitor service health and availability on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise application operations and IAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues for uptime and usability.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
• Monitor performance, uptime, and security of application services.
• Lead incident response and drive resolution to completion.
• Regularly review systems for health, security and availability.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on project implementations.
• Document procedures to ensure repeatable guidance.
• Oversee operational integrity of tools, systems, and infrastructure.
