  • Experience conducting enterprise application assessments and delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Strong background across ERP, EPM, HRIS, reporting, procurement, collaboration, and enterprise business applications.
  • Deep experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions, identity management, and systems integration.
  • Demonstrated success evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating enterprise applications.
  • Experience building or maturing enterprise application functions within startup, transformation, carve‑out, or rapidly scaling environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business and technology priorities.
  • Ability to translate evolving business requirements into scalable application architecture and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct an enterprise‑wide assessment of business applications, processes, ownership models, and integration architecture.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, FP&A, HR, Procurement, Commercial Operations, Project Controls, and Executive Leadership to identify business requirements and future needs.
  • Develop and execute an enterprise application strategy spanning ERP, EPM, HRIS, procurement, reporting, collaboration, data, and commercial systems.
  • Establish application governance, lifecycle management, ownership structures, support models, and vendor management processes.
  • Evaluate new technology requests and prevent fragmented or duplicative platforms from emerging across business functions.
  • Lead application selection, integration, and modernization initiatives while ensuring business requirements drive technology decisions.
  • Define enterprise integration standards leveraging APIs, middleware, iPaaS, identity management, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Develop roadmaps that improve scalability, operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and user adoption.
  • Serve as a hands‑on leader capable of operating at both strategic and technical levels.

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Applications Consultant to assess, design, and mature a growing enterprise application ecosystem across a rapidly scaling organization. This individual will provide both strategic leadership and hands‑on execution across enterprise applications, integration architecture, governance, vendor management, and technology road mapping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct an enterprise‑wide assessment of business applications, processes, ownership models, and integration architecture.

  • Background developing enterprise application roadmaps and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with executive reporting, FP&A reporting, and operational analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing complex multi‑vendor enterprise application ecosystems.
