Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for SGP’s core platform and to lead the PM team responsible for it. You will collaborate with customers, platform engineering, and forward-deployed teams to deliver capabilities that scale and to productize field work for broader value.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires making tough scope and investment decisions while staying connected to the details to ensure what we ship meets user needs and drives measurable

Qualifications

• Own platform or developer products from problem definition through launch and production use.
• Experience managing product managers and leading multiple related product areas.
• Strong product judgment and ability to explain tradeoffs and sequencing.
• Able to discuss architecture tradeoffs with engineers across APIs, runtime, and security.
• Excellent written communication and ability to align cross-team priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and roadmap for SGP’s core platform.
• Define product requirements, write clear specs, and measure success through outcomes.
• Align teams across platform engineering, field PMs, and business leaders.
• Build and lead a high-performing PM team with clear ownership.
