Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Enterprise AI Platform. You will define the product vision, strategy, and execution, turning AI ambitions into durable platform capabilities.

Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, governance, security, data science, and business units to drive adoption, cost awareness, safety, and scalable AI workloads. You will hire and develop leaders, shape platform architecture, and tell a compelling story that connects technology

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management.
15 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Strong understanding of AI economics and platform metrics.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and strategy for the Enterprise AI Platform.
Lead the evolution of AI by anticipating shifts across foundation models, multimodal AI, agents, and infrastructure.
Create durable platform abstractions across models, providers, infrastructure, governance, and developer workflows.
Drive model and infrastructure optionality to balance capability, cost, and risk.
Develop a world-class developer experience for engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deploy and operate AI workloads.
Ensure safety, governance, and cost efficiency are integral to platform decisions.
