Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Manager to lead the AI Engineering Platforms on Google Cloud, delivering scalable, secure enterprise AI capabilities and reusable services.

You will drive the platform strategy, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, Risk, and Product leaders to accelerate AI initiatives while ensuring compliance and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of related technology experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading engineering, platform, or technology delivery teams.
• Minimum 3 years building, operating, or modernizing cloud-based platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and platform strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Experience with software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Huntington's AI Platform on Google Cloud.
• Lead adoption and operationalization of Vertex AI and Gemini capabilities.
• Establish reusable platform services, architectures, and reference architectures.
• Evaluate incorporating new Google AI capabilities into the platform roadmap.
• Ensure governance, security, observability, and reliability of platform services.
