Job summary

LaSalle Network seeks a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions across lease administration, construction project management, portfolio management, and financial modeling. This hands-on leadership role requires taking AI beyond proof-of-concept into production at scale.

The role collaborates with architects and global teams, including India-based counterparts, and involves early-morning overlap with time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a senior AI/ML engineer with production agentic AI implementations.
• Experience taking agentic AI solutions to enterprise production at scale.
• Strong hands-on Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, PyTorch).
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud AI services (Azure preferred, including Azure OpenAI), vector databases, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to collaborate with architects and multiple teams across a distributed, global organization.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work early-morning hours to overlap with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of multiple production-grade agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to build scalable enterprise-ready solutions.
• Move solutions from prototyping to deployment and scale with disciplined engineering practices.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Serve as a technical partner to centralized teams and remove blockers.
• Coordinate with a globally distributed org, including India-based architects, across time zones.
